About the Support Consultant III Role:
This role is a higher level role on the Support Team. The Support Consultant III (or Level 3) Role is an intermediary between normal Support Consultants and the Development team, where they can troubleshoot anything that the Support Consultant team is unable to determine is a bug or a configuration issue.
